Scale: C major blues

Description: A six-note scale that adds a flattened 3rd to the major pentatonic (1, 2, ♭3, 3, 5, 6). It blends the sweetness of major with the expressive 'blue' inflection of the minor 3rd, a common sound in country, early rock and major-key blues shuffles.
